 Case study: Automated testing

Automation and integration of the Credit GO! Sales platform delivered by CCA improved the testing of this product, especially in terms of regression and environment validation.

Credit Agricole Bank Polska is part of the Credit Agricole Group, one of the largest and most stable financial groups worldwide. In Poland, the Credit Agricole Group has been operating since 2001, following the acquisition of 75% of shares of LUKAS Bank. The company has over 4,500 employees.

Crédit Agricole uses the SME/AGRO sales platform – Credit GO! to serve clients from the SME sector and farmers. The lack of automation features made it difficult, to verify data, check creditworthiness and calculate the boundary conditions for entrepreneurs applying for a loan.

The challenge for the bank was to guarantee reliability of the platform, as well as its user experience. The project required close cooperation and strong synchronization of as many as three teams: CCA, CABP and an external provider.

The CCA team, who joined the project last, had to demonstrate great flexibility and commitment to fill in on project knowledge in a very short time.

The project included workshops with business representatives, the scope of work analysis and comprehensive preparation of test cases, including automatic scripts of all changes introduced to the Credit Go!

With the solution delivered by CCA Europe, the platform users can seamlessly use the application and the bank has ensured high-quality experience for its customers.
