Credit Agricole Bank Polska

Credit card service system

The credit card service system provided by CCA Europe.pl has cut the costs of IT architecture maintenance at Credit Agricole Bank Polska. The bank sought a provider of a completely new credit card payment processing system, which would be a module of the core banking system, based on Profile. The migration of all data from this area to the central banking system, was also a part of the undertaking. The project brought significant savings through better and faster adaptation of IT systems to the changing business needs.

Automation, integration and automated testing

Automation and integration of the Credit GO! Sales platform delivered by CCA Europe.pl made testing this product much easier, especially in terms of environment regression and validation. The project included end-to-end preparation of test cases, including automated scripts of all changes introduced to the application.

Functional and regression tests in the Customer Interaction Platform

Our proprietary application PATT supports functional and regression testing in the Event-Driven Banking (EDB) solution for real-time customer relationship management. As a long-term business partner of the bank, the CCA Europe team was invited to an EDB architecture project in the Retail segment. The aim of the project was to use messages and events in the Profile core system to manage interactions with customers in real time.

 Vietin Bank

Digital transformation

With CCA Europe.pl as the leader and coordinator of business analysis, Vietnam’s largest bank has successfully prepared for a difficult and complex digital transformation project. The scale of the project and geographical dispersion of the departments challenged the business analysis phase. The solution was to develop a non-standard method of documenting project requirements: analytical workshops. CCA Europe.pl took on the role of a coordinator negotiating communication not only between the systems, but also between the members of the 5 international teams.
